The Joburg Indabahas over the last few years established itself as a critical platform where industry leaders engage in strategic conversations that are open, honest, bold, fresh and to the point. We have succeeded in hosting frank conversations about the mining industry that have gained tremendous traction amongst all stakeholders and made headlines in all the main media. Participants have agreed that the Joburg Indaba has raised the bar with its straight talk, refreshing insights and intimate atmosphere (numbers are strictly limited to 500).

This is a gathering that draws captains of industry together with government and investors who have found it an important platform to put forward their thoughts on the industry.  2014 saw the event attract keynote speakers such as the Minister of the Department of Mineral Resources, the Secretary General of the ANC and numerous high profile CEOs and thought leaders in the industry.

This year promises to go even further ... local and international speakers, fund managers, analysts and captains of industry will once again gather in mid October at the Inanda Club in Johannesburg to drive the way forward for the South African industry and share insights into global commodity market prospects and investment opportunities elsewhere in Africa.
